Terms of service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
This website is operated by Brindlew LTD. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Brindlew LTD.
We offer this website — including all information, tools, products and services available through it — subject to your acceptance of the terms, conditions and policies set out here.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms, together with any additional policies referenced within them. They apply to everyone who uses the site: browsers, customers and anyone contributing content.
Please read them before ordering. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or purchase through it.
Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these terms. The current version is always available on this page with the date above, and changes don't apply retroactively to orders we've already accepted.
Our store runs on a third-party e-commerce platform. The purchase contract is between you and Brindlew LTD.

2. Using our online store
You must be 18 or over to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
An account isn't required — guest checkout is available. If you create one, keeping your login details secure is your responsibility, as is activity under the account.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or violate any applicable law or regulation while using our website. You must not transmit worms, viruses, malware or any other code of a destructive nature.
Where we reasonably believe these terms have been seriously breached, we may restrict or terminate access. Orders already accepted will still be fulfilled.
3. General conditions
We may refuse service where permitted by applicable law.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.
Section headings are for convenience only and don't limit or affect these terms.
4. Accuracy of website information
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate, complete and current, but occasional errors or omissions may occur.
Material on the site is provided for general information and shouldn't be relied on as the sole basis for a decision.
The website may contain historical information, provided for reference only. We may modify the content at any time, though we're not obliged to update every detail unless the law requires it.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where information forming part of your purchase contract was inaccurate or misleading.
5. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. The total displayed at checkout is the total you pay — nothing further is added, and nothing is collected on delivery.
The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation. Later price changes don't affect orders we've already accepted.
Obvious pricing errors aren't binding on us. Where one affects your order, we'll contact you and you may proceed at the corrected price or cancel that item for a full refund.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where necessary. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
6. Products and availability
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Colour appearance varies with your device and screen, and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
We may limit the quantity available per person, household or order, refuse or restrict orders where permitted by law, discontinue a product, correct errors in descriptions or pricing, and change product specifications where necessary.
We don't guarantee that every product displayed will always be available. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
7. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products selected.
You'll receive an automated acknowledgement confirming we've received it — that isn't acceptance.
The contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary — including suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or misuse of a promotion. We may limit quantities purchased per person, household or order, and restrict orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
If we change or cancel an order, we'll attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number or billing information provided at checkout. Where payment has been taken and we cancel, we refund in full.
Cancelling before dispatch is free of charge. Email us with your order number as soon as you can.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly so we can complete your transactions and contact you.
8. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider, and we don't store your complete card details. By submitting payment information you confirm you're authorised to use that method.
Orders may be subject to reasonable verification and fraud-prevention checks. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
9. Delivery
Processing and delivery timeframes are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk of loss passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession — or that of someone you've identified to receive them. It doesn't pass when we hand the parcel to a courier.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll open the investigation with the courier ourselves.
Delivery estimates are estimates. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, bank holidays or other events outside our reasonable control, though we'll help trace a delayed parcel.
Unless a different period has been agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days. Where we can't meet that, we'll contact you and you may choose to wait for a revised date or cancel for a full refund.
10. Your right to cancel
As a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, beginning the day after you receive the goods.
We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. No reason is required.
The right applies after dispatch, and applies to sale items on exactly the same terms as full-price ones.
How to cancel
- Email support@brindlew.com with your order number, or use the form in section 11
- We reply within one working day with the return address and a reference
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us
Condition of the goods
You may examine and handle an item as you would in a shop. Where handling goes beyond that and reduces the value of the goods, we may make a proportionate deduction rather than refuse the return.
Refunds
We refund the full amount — including the standard delivery cost — within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing evidence they were sent.
Refunds go to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Return postage is yours where you've changed your mind; ours where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Model cancellation form
Complete this only if you wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel. An email works just as well.

Ordered on: ______________ Received on: ______________ Order number: ______________
Consumer's name: ______________________ Consumer's address: ______________________

12. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Where they aren't, you have a 30-day right to reject for a full refund. After 30 days you may ask for a repair or replacement; where that fails or isn't possible, you may claim a price reduction or a final right to reject.
These rights apply for up to six years from purchase. Any manufacturer's guarantee is additional protection and never replaces them.
Contact us at support@brindlew.com with your order number and photographs where possible. Where a claim is upheld, we cover the postage.
13. Optional third-party tools and links
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. These may be subject to the relevant provider's own terms, and your use of them is at your own discretion and risk.
Our website may link to content, products or services provided by third parties. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Complaints about third-party products go directly to that party.
New services, features or tools introduced through our website will also be subject to these terms.
14. Reviews and submissions
You retain ownership of what you submit. By sending us reviews, photographs, comments or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit, publish and display that material in connection with our site, products and services.
We're under no obligation to keep submissions confidential, to compensate you, or to respond.
Your content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive or infringing, and must not contain malicious code. You may not use a false email address or impersonate another person.
We may remove content that breaches these terms.
15. Personal information
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies to operate the site, remember your preferences and understand how it's used. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
16. Errors and corrections
The website may occasionally contain errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges, transit times or availability.
We may correct such errors and change, update or cancel affected orders, including after you've placed one. Where we cancel for this reason, we refund in full.
17. Prohibited uses
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to violate any law or regulation, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass, abuse or defame anyone, to submit false or misleading information, to transmit malicious code, to collect or track others' personal information, to spam, phish, scrape or crawl, or to interfere with or circumvent the website's security features.
18. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and working, but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults and circumstances outside our control may cause interruptions.
Nothing in this section affects an order we've already accepted.
19. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable.
Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Our products are supplied for personal and domestic use. Where it may lawfully be excluded, we're not responsible for business losses.
20. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Brindlew LTD and its directors, employees, agents and service providers against reasonable claims, losses and legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
21. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, contact us at support@brindlew.com. We respond within one working day and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
Where we can't resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider. We are not currently a member of an ADR scheme. That doesn't affect your right to bring a claim through the courts, or to seek free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, 0808 223 1133).
22. General
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Brindlew LTD.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any contract made through our website are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be brought before the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection available to you under UK law.
